Excerpt from a dream

Last nite, a wise monk in Chow Yun-Fat/Samuel L. Jackson shape was berating me:

“When you are child, you are not interested in my teachings! They are drawn in sand, and the stick makes rugged lines and you think this new writing is not worth your time. You escape this with play and jokes and run away and NOW you come back and say you want to study the Ancients! You sit and study the rare expensive books and you think you are profound.”

Needless to say, I trained giant spiders to work together to create a strong web to capture him, and killed him by taking the mysterious red gem from his chest via his mouth, and inserted it into my own, in keeping with the ancient practice of achieving masterhood by defeating one’s mentor.
